This chair impressed me from the start! You can tell the company put in a lot of time and effort when it came to designing it. Everything was packaged extremely well. The instructions were very organized and easy to follow. It takes a little time to assemble the chair, and it's a bit easier if you have 2 people. But it wasn't difficult at all. I love that it can recline! It can also go up and down depending on what height is best for you. It is one of the most comfortable chairs you'll ever sit in! And you won't want to get up either, haha! Great back support for when you're sitting at the desk. This is the only chair I'd recommend! FIVE STARS! LOVE IT!!!The chair is amazing and ive had it for maybe a week now. I do notice a few flaws it sort of creeks and makes a noise it is not that bad. Ive made sure ive tightened all screws and what not but im pretty sure its just an issue with the foundation.My weight is 155 for full context and id say the cushion could have been bigger. I will review this further. However, the chair atm is still comfortable but will have the same statement for 1 year. Im expecting this chair to last for a total of 3 years so lets see how does it hold up over time.Assembly was super easy. They included a t-handle allen wrench which is so much better than the cheaper allen wrench most things you buy now come with. The instructions were clear and assembly was a breeze. The chair also seems very comfortable as well.Super comfortable if over 5"9'. The chair has high-quality cushion, frame, and pu leather. The arm rests have cushioned arms and you might need to raise your desk higher to tuck the chair underneath. Customer service was very responsive over damage that occurred during shipping.Comfortable chair. Easy enough to assemble. Unfortunately the casters offer too much resistance.Overall though, a good investment.It does not have an adjustable lumbar support as advertised, but it does have pretty good lumbar support already. It feels pretty sturdy and has a lot of padding. The footrest feels pretty sturdy too!First of all, I have to point out that most of the negative reviews here are either from people who were not paying attention and using their brains while assembling the chair (the instructions are useless when you get to installing the armrests, look at the parts, look at the chair, pay attention and think independently) or from other sellers just trying to bring down this amazing product because they can't compete.I purchased and returned 3 other chairs before this one, each with the same features and in the same price range. Before buying each of them, I spent HOURS reading reviews and questions and trying to research the chairs as thoroughly as I could. I am very analytical and indecisive. Nevertheless, each purchase wound up being a big mistake. This chair by Kasorix was my 4th and final attempt and it completely blasted the previous chairs out of the water. It is not even a close comparison, THIS chair is over-engineered for quality and stability and it makes all of the other chairs in this price range feel like cheap kids' toys. For reference, I am 5'8" and 310 lbs, and I could jump up and down on this thing. There are NO squeaks or creaks, the chair is totally silent and there is no wiggle or wobble to any of it. The leg rest is also the most solid of all the chairs I've tried with this type of hideaway leg rest, as all the others would bend in a worrisome way under the weight of my legs and this one does not bend at all. Finally, the padding is made of seriously high-quality foam. After trying the other 3 chairs, I could tell after a few hours if the padding would wear out over time. The padding on this chair has a bounce to it that tells me it will last a very long time, and if I'm wrong I will absolutely update this review because I am sooo sick of getting screwed on these chair purchases. Final note, it's true that this chair does not offer the rocking-chair feature, but instead has a rock-solid reclining mechanism that even tilts the seat bottom separately to align better with the back. It locks into place in a reclined position instead of rocking back and forth.In summary, I wish I could highlight this review for all of you poor analytical, indecisive souls out there who are spending hours reading and pulling your hair out trying to figure out which of these chairs on Amazon is not some cheaply made disposable junk. It arrived within the timeframe that amazon promised, via Purolator, 2-daysTook me about 30 minutes to assemble, with a bad back, hence the new chair.Chair came with clear easy instructions and all of the required tools and hardware.Seems comfortable and seems to fit my body size and type, although the tilt is a bit scary as it it tilts very quickly, although I have not adjusted the tension on that yet, that may do the trick, it's rated according to the amazon website for 300-400lbs, I'm probably about 260-270lbs, and 5'11,The other thing that was a bit bothersome was the lumbar knob adjuster, according to the instructions, this gets screwed in last once the chair is completely assembled, this step should be added at some other point in the process, I had to flip the entire chair over to install this.I will follow up in the next few weeks in case anything goes wrong, but so far, happy with this purchase.Chair was simple to put together. I bought this for my husband who is a big boy and he absolutely loves it! Very well made.
