I love the adjustable height and the flip-up armrests. They allow you not only to get closer to the table but also to turn and get out of the chair without having to push way back from the table (mine is on carpet so I prefer not moving back and forth too much). One thing buyers should be aware of is that the casters are very hard to insert. I expended a lot of energy struggling with them. Finally it seemed that they have to be in a certain orientation but that was not specified and it wasn't obvious to me.
