I was deliverd this chair on Feb 5 2022. Put it together next day and loved it. Then I noticed a day later that it would stick and not roll freely. On feb12 was at my desk rolled back to get out keybroad went to roll forward herd a lound crack and was droped forward, found wheel under chair welds on both sides snaped. This is a heavy duty chair 500 lb. capacity (I am not close to that but I like to have my grandkids sit with me to work on computer) I think that it should be more then just tack welded. As you can seein photo 3 you can even see any welding at all.
