I bought this chair to replace the one I bought on Wayfair that broke recently. That one wasn't great but it was only $70 and I had to get a cushion to be able to sit for extended periods of time. I'm a grad student, so I spend A LOT of time in front of the computer. I'm a plus-sized girl, so I decided to go for something sturdier this time around. I finally found this chair, and let me tell you: it's amazing. It feels really sturdy and has excellent lumbar support, which my old chair completely lacked. Putting it together was a bit of a challenge as every piece of it was really heavy, but I was able to do it by myself in less than half an hour. I joke around that this is not an office chair... it's a throne.I love that you can raise the armrests or lower them, so they fit under my desk with no problems. I've only had it for a little over a month, but this was meant to be! Usually, I get a lot of lower back pain after sitting for long periods of time, but I have yet to feel that way since using this chair. I did keep the cushion I had for the old chair, so I can't attest to how comfortable the seat is on its own, but it's pretty thick. If you're on the fence about it, this is your sign to buy this chair! It's well worth the investment!I brought this chair for my son. He said it was very sturdy, well made and large. He loves it!I read all the reviews and most spoke highly of this chair so I purchased it. I want to start off by saying this chair is very easy to assemble and is very much Ergonomic, but for a specific body type. This chair does not have the ability to adjust the seat in anyway to allow more or less of your thigh on seat to your personal comfort. It sits you in only one position (straight forward & upright) if you happen to want to lean back, you're very limited on how far. You can only adjust the up/down of the chair and the adjustable back support is a joke and doesn't even go half way up. The seat cushion is comfortable, however I was expecting it to be a bit longer (I'm 5'4) when sitting on the seat the cushion cuts off just a little before the bend of my knee. Perhaps this chair was intended to hold 400lbs but it was not made for the different type of bodies of 400lbs. I would have appreciated additional adjustments for more than just one type of body.If you like to be forced to sit upright, straight forward & feet on the ground, have limited ability to lean back in anyway or adjust the seat and back of chair distance to your specific comfortability- then I'd suggest this chair is perfect.If you'd like a little more options of adjustment & mobility in a chair, then I'd suggest you keep looking and spend a few more $$ to get something with more options.Easy to assemble (would have taken less than an hour had I not put the screwed the attachment to the bottom of the chair on backwards), seems sturdy, and has a comfortable width and height (I’m 5’10 235lbs). Very pleased with this purchase and the price wasn’t too bad either.Claims to be for big people, but if you're a big guy the lumbar sticks out so far that you're sitting on the edge of the seat. Great quality if it didn't have that problem. Also it was missing a bolt for one of the armrests so it just sits on one bolt.Perfect and easy to assemble!This chair is so comfortable, I'm so glad my favorite cousin Bo Pheng recommended this chair, thanks bong, love you!!!Easy to assemble and for the price a great chair
