Doesn’t sit as high as I thought it would or needed it to. It a bit wobbly. It does have a comfortable seat though.Easy to put together, but need to people to assemble..Worth the price. Nice size and color, comfortable too...In the first pic, I have the new chair (L) and old one (R). As you can see in the 2nd photo the silver plate under the armrest is not metal as shown in the product picture. This is simply a spray painted piece of plastic. I was pretty ticked about that considering the $200 price tag. Once the chair was assembled, I sat in it and all the wheels wouldn't roll. I found that extremely odd considering they are the same as the wheels on my previous chair, which worked perfectly. We came to the conclusion that the legs were the issue. The way they are made just isn't allowing the chair to sit properly for rolling. So in the end I had to take the new chair off it's legs and wheels and put it on my old chair. Now it works perfectly. So no, I don't recommend this chair. There were some scuffs on the fabric and a gouge on the plastic that I wasn't even gonna mention until the other issues came up too. $50. Maybe. Which is actually all I paid for my trusty black one there. But $200? No, absolutely not. I gotta say, worst purchase I've made to date. I would return it if I didn't have to take it all back apart. But I think they know that.It a nice chair. No project damage and it is nicely assembled. But it looks like completely different color than was is in profile picture. It is not soft orange brown. It is lighter brown. I wish there had been pictures posted of actual chair with out all lighting effects. It just doesn't match. My husband though I had even order one of their other chairs when I got it. Overall good chair but not the right color.I'll start this off that I am 6' and all arms and legs. People think I'm taller because of that.With that said, this chair (with those roller blade wheels sold on here) sits FAR too high for me because of the piece where the wheels sit. At it's lowest point, all of the pressure is on my hamstrings just above my knees and it makes my legs fall asleep. If the seat extended out just a couple more inches it would suit me better.I swapped over the 5 leg piece from my old chair and used the roller blade wheels and it's a little better. Sits a bit lower and less pressure on the back of my legs.The seat/seat back are very comfortable. I'm coming from a massage office chair where all of the foam stuffing was flat as a board and was extremely uncomfortable to sit in, as I do most of the day since I work from home.The mechanism that adjusts the height/recline creaks, pops and makes all kinds of noise if you adjust yourself in the seat.The arm rests are much further apart - side to side - than my old chair. I'm the type that likes to lean both arms on them and use the mouse at the same time. My wrist now lays on the edge of the desk, making my wrists hurt for the first time in a very long time - and I've been working on/with computers for over 20 years.I understand it's difficult to buy items like this sight unseen, but I expected a little bit more for the money spent. I'm not going to take this all apart and try to send this back. I'll deal with it until I find something different.I had the chair literally 2 weeks and when I sit in it, it kept going down to the lowest height. Found out the gas pump that gives you the height is broken. I like the size of the chair but the gas pump should not have broken when I recvd it. The company gave me a small credit to buy another one but the inconvenience to unassemble the chair again to add it is a hassle.Everything in the box was packed good and no damage what so ever. Assembly was a breeze... I used blue Loctite on all the screws so they do not loosen up over time. Except for the base, leave all the screws loose until final tighten. Chair is perfect and does not lean to the side or anything. I love the seat and back cushions. very comfy! I have the oversize wheels coming in and will replace the stock wheels when they get here, but there is nothing wrong with the stock wheels I just like the oversize ones. You will not be disappointed, Buy this chair... It's nice!edit: 6/30/2022 - I just wanted to add that the chair is perfect and I had one issue with one of my armrests and the company took care of me 1000%. I would buy this chair again from this company.Outstanding Customer Service ! That says alot to me...I received this chair a month and a half ago but waited to write this review until I'd had some time to use it for a little while. My husband had no trouble assembling it for me, without having to rely on the directions. He did need my help at one point since, as other reviewers have mentioned, it is difficult to hold the seat part while trying to fit it into the base. As far as comfort, I've been very happy with the chair so far. I work from home and spend hours at a time sitting at my computer. The seat is comfortable, and equally as important, the material doesn't cause me to constantly slide forward all day. This is the best office chair I've ever had.
