I bought these for my and my wife’s office chairs. We had new floors put in and didn’t want the hard plastic wheels. These are quiet. Down get stuck in the wood floor carpet transition for the floor rugs and were easy to replace. Not much else needs to be said it’s a good product for for what it was designed for.
