This chair looks great and is well constructed. The pieces fit together well and while attaching the very solid arms is a tiny bit awkward, once tightened down, there isn't any annoying arm-rest wobble. It is a sleek and very good looking chair. But it is a chair for the totally ALERT user. The back has almost no spring or flexibility. It is upright and you will not be leaning back to take a relaxed phone call or a power-nap in it at 3:00 in the afternoon. It's great for my purposes at home, but not sure I would enjoy it as much at work (see power-napping issue above).
