After 3 months, the lower back where the massager are becomes bear against your spin and it hurts when you rest your back on the chair.2nd, as you are in the office the chair height keeps coming down. You bring it up and it keeps coming down, like if you were in an elevator coning down and stopping in every floor.If I could just send them back, I would and buy a better quality chair.
