Chair looks nice but is not really comfortable. It also squeaks after just two weeks of normal use. If you need a light solution that looks nice, this could be the one for a lower price point but do not expect the most comfortable chair.The chair height is perfect for an adjustable height desk. Everything arrived in great shape. The biggest problem is that the chair broke after 18 months of use. The connection from the pneumatic base to the actual frame of the chair completely broke separating the seat from the base. I weigh about 250lbs and got the chair specifically to use with a taller desk. I did use frequently, but no more than 6hrs per day 3-5 days per week. If you get this chair, absolutely pay extra for the warranty.I took a lot of photos on opening the box and wrote a very thorough review however Amazon did not see fit to publish or retain it. So I am starting over without the photos, and over a month after writing it.I ordered white. It was a beautiful shade and the material was very high quality, very leather like. I compare it to another chair of similar style and there is no contest, this chair is above average in quality.1. The chair was well packaged and there wasn't any damage whatsoever. I came in 4 pieces including a box with hardware. It was the simplest assembly I could ask for and did it all by myself even with my girl brain and girl muscles. It took me approximately 20 minutes to put it together.2. The chair is beautiful. The foot rest is adjustable and was perhaps my most favorite feature. I found the chair to be rather large, it was big enough to comfortably seat my 6',4" friend. The seat itself is wide and deep.3. The chair is tall.. It is excellent for a standing desk or a counter.. However you are buying this for a typical sized desk that has appx 30" clearance floor to bottom of the desk, then this will not fit underneath it. Your legs will be in the way as will the chair arms. For this reason, I returned the chair with zero hassle from the vendor. I packaged it exceptionally well so that the next customer can enjoy it.If they are available, order one! As of today they have sold out!I typically do not write reviews but thought I should post one due to the longevity of the product if anyone is interested in knowing whether the chair would hold up over time. Please keep in mind, I work between 10-12 hours daily including weekends. If this was the occasional WFH office chair, I don't think there's question it would hold up. It's modern, aesthetically pleasing to look at, and I found it very comfortable. Unfortunately, it just broke at the base socket where it's welded (tilt and height extender mechanism connection). I'm not abusing the chair but I may use it even longer than, perhaps, the average worker (all day in meetings, rolling back/forth constantly, etc). Now it just wobbles and is very unstable. I was going to purchase another chair but found a repair kit; hopefully, installation is easy because I'm trying to remove the extender lift from the socket and have been unsuccessful thus far--it won't budge.Three stars given due to the chair breaking in less than a year as I believe it's not unreasonable to think it would last longer than that.I really like the simple and sleek design this chair has. I have a taller computer desk and needed a chair that could extend enough, and the options are definitely limited compared to regular computer desks. Out of everything I had seen, this was the best looking and seemed like a good deal.The set-up was easy and I like that is has the normal functions of a normal computer chair. It's not super "plushy" but I needed something in the middle, which I would say this is. My only "complaint" is that the foot rest is still kinda flimsy even when I tighten it. I also installed the foot rest upside down and now can't figure out how to take the chair apart to fix it.Overall, I like this chair and would recommend it to anyone needing a computer chair for a taller desk.I had a lot of difficulty getting this chair together as the instructions were blurred. As it is, there are no holes to screw the arm rests into, so I am going without. It looks great, but it's more cream than white. EDIT- the company has sent a replacement chair as the wrong one was sent originally, which is why I struggled with the arms. Excellent customer service! Thank you!This chair states it is 27.5" tall however they do not mention that it shrinks down 5-6". We thought at first it was because of my husband's size so we had our 14 year old niece sit in it and she also shrank down 5". It does not hold its tension. It is also not easy to put together, took over two hours, primarily because the screws do not fit the arms well at all and forget about using the spacers they provide if you try to use those the arms don't go on. Very disappointed in the quality of this chair and the description, no way this would work for a standing or drafting desk. Attempted to return as it does not at all fit our needs as described and was told they would be deducting $50 for shipping and after reading the fine print of their policy they also charge a 20% restocking fee. We will attempt to give this away and go without a chair at this point since this one was not cheap. Not what I'm used to with Amazon but that's what I get for not buying an Amazon fulfilled item. If you want a desk chair that sits a little higher this might fulfill your needs but definitely not for a sit/stand desk or drafting desk.Was easy to assemble. Barely need instructions. Looks really nice. Adjustable from low seatimg at a normal desk, to a high drafting table.Foot rest ring is very sturdy. I have it all the way down, and can stand on it at 190lbs.I sit all day in this chair and have mo complaints. Seat is not very padded, but still has give and is comfortable.Casters installed easily. They roll smoothly.I do recommend this product.
