This review comes a few months after purchase I originally published one chair because it can be scary purchasing furniture online. But was pleasantly impressed wishing I’d bought the set (would’ve saved me some money) so i ordered another one. The chair was easy to put together the linen material is nice and is very sturdy. However when my second chair arrived that was not the case. It was very wobbly almost as if the slats were a different size. I reached out to the seller for a replacement because I really love the chair I was told I’d have to pay for a return and would only get partial refund. I really don’t want a return I wanted a new chair. I was told to send pictures and videos of what was wrong with the chair and different suggestions of how it could be fixed because they were not going to send a replacement. After some back and forth the seller sent a replacement! Communication was good and I’m glad they did the right thing. Chair is exactly as shown in their photo. I will purchase from this seller again. Thank you to your team for helping resolve my issue
