When we first received our chair, it was missing some screws due to the rough delivery but the seller communicated with us and sent us the replacement quickly. We put the chair together and it’s so soft and huge! Such a nice warm touch to any home. The only takeaway I would give is to make the set up instructions more understandable. The words was in German and the picture wasn’t as clear as instructions should come, but after translating everything and just having to think a little extra we managed to put the chair together.Great buy, great quality!
