Love everything about the chair except that you cannot adjust the back to sit up straighter.Purchased this chair for my mom for Christmas. When it came, it was the wrong color. I ordered the brown cloth. This is the black fake leather. Pretty easy to put together. The arms were a bit tough as they didnt quite line up. Took a few attempts but got it. When to test it out and was instantly disappointed with the message feature. Its like your phone on vibrate, maybe just not as powerful. The heated seat option was going to be what made me keep the chair if anything. But after multiple attempts and time waiting for the seat to warm up, it never did. I didnt pay almost $300 for a simple office chair, so started the return process. Bummed that my Christmas present to my mom was a failure. Get a reply back from the company telling me they will give a full refund and to keep the chair. Dont sent it back. I would guess as it would just end up in their trash there, it might as well just end up in mine here... But I guess I can put it to use first.I bought this chair to replace one that was wobbly and felt like it was going to break any day, this one is actually worse. It has the same problem with wobbling but also will not maintain the height adjustment. I raise the chair and within a few minutes it is all the way to the bottom again. It's a shame because I like everything else about it. If it doesn't feel sturdy and maintain its height, nothing else matters.I’ve only had the chair for a couple of months but now it won’t stay up when I sit on it for very long. It slowly sink’s down to where I feel like I’m sitting on the floorI ordered 2 for my wife and myself. They arrived well packaged and were very easy to assemble. The seating is not as soft as my Sealy chair it replaced, but I really wanted the massage and heat functions. As soon as I saw the size of the cords, I knew the chair heat would be lacking. The massage function works great. As I suspected, the heat wasn’t. It heats a little, not much. So, if you want a good chair with excellent massage at a decent price, this is for you.Instructions were almost perfect until I had to attach the seat to the swivel portion, it would not stay and was extremely wobbly. I found an assembly video online and noticed if I took the little black tip off of the metal tube used to connect the two pieces it clicked into place. The man in the video didn’t have the black tip so I took mine off and it seemed to work. Then I was able to complete the assembly without too much of an issue. The arm screws must be put in a little at a time for them to click into place vs screwing in a whole screw at once. Overall, the seat is very comfortable, you can lock it into place and it goes up and down without a problem. It’s not a professional massage chair by far, but for the price I think it makes do.The chair is easily assembled and easy to use. The massage functions are typical for this type of chair. Good daily use chair and functional for office and relaxation.I had high hopes for this chair but 8 months in I find myself ready to buy another chair. This seems like a good deal packed with value, but it doesn't really do any of the one things it advertises good. The massage is the vibration kind and though at times I am glad I have it, it doesn't really satisfy. The heat button like others have said is non-functional, I don't feel any heat. The wire powering the unit is annoying, I keep it unplugged most of the time and the remote wires is 6in too short. The cushioning is hard, and somehow is getting thing at the edge under your thighs so if you sit at the edge of the chiar you actually feel the two round motors used for massage feature. I rolls good and squeaks about as much as any other chair - overall I would not recommend and not buy again. Might retire it to kid to use as gamer chair
