Since the pandemic, I have found myself tweaking and upgrading many aspects of my home workstation and this chair was the last piece of the puzzle. I couldn't be happier. I was hoping that I would "like" the chair, so when I set it up, I was ecstatic to find it to be as comfortable and well-made as it is. My previous chair was "okay" but not suitable for the long hours that I find myself in a desk chair morning, noon, and night. By way of background, I am not a gamer. I am an attorney and tech fanatic - 50 plus years old and 250 pounds. I need to have a chair that is ridged, yet comfortable, durable, and ergonomically designed. This chair checks off all those requirements. The back support is superb, the head rest and full tilt functions are a dream. Even the packaging is excellent. The box was incredibly sturdy, and the items were well packed and cushioned. The base was even wrapped in the weird fishnet styrofoam packing usually reserved for expensive easily bruised fruit!! And to top it off, Karnox included a full gaming keyboard mouse pad as a special "something extra." It's rare these days that you feel that you are "getting your money's worth." This is one of those rare exceptions!After reading a lot of reviews, I decided on this chair for comfort for work from home. Not one year later, it breaks. The chair does not stay in desired position and slowly goes down and now very uncomfortable to work in. Contacted seller and they said they would send the part needed. Over 2 months later, still waiting for the part. They won’t refund or replace the item. Expensive chair for less than a year. Not worth it.Ended up buying this chair from the site and not Amazon due to a better price regardless this chair is great my back pain went away from at one of owning and it is super comfyGreat chair sexy and smooth rolling. I work from home, and prefer to have myself at that chair because of how comfortable it is.Chair arrives earlier than expected and the quality is good but the are some issues.Is not very comfortable -after 2 hours you feel the seat is hard.One of the adjustable armrest mechanism was jammed (I fixed)In description when I was purchasing was described as Natural Leather witch is not of course.I'm not surprise looking at the price but why the seller playing tricks like that ?Next day this chair was out of stock and description changed about the Leather to faux.Come on dealers ! Be honest ! Loosing business is very easy !
