Just got through assembling my chair. The directions were fairly simple and straight forward. Assembly was completed with one Allen wrench that was provided. All of the parts were either labeled or it was obvious from the picture in the directions. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was there could have been more quality control in the manufacture of the chair. Nothing obviously bad, just things like ease of screws lining up for ease of assembly. Everything went together as required. Just don't tighten anything until your assembly is complete. Also, don't expect it to be heavy duty. If you are over 240 pounds I would recommend a heavier duty chair. However, it is a comfortable chair and I believe it will serve my needs just fine provided it holds up to the test of time which is asking a lot these days when you know it's made in China.
