So, when my boyfriend and I first got this chair we loved it! very comfy and had awesome features. Unfortunately, our chair broke; the arm rest snapped and the chair's pole cracked and caused it to be lowered. We had to throw it away and buy a new chair. The company reached out to me and offered to replace it for free! since I already purchased a new one they still gave me a full refund and were very helpful. I understand not every product sold will be perfect and alot of people have awesome reviews. The customer service alone wouldve made me get a new chair if I hadnt already bought a new one!This chair was a great chair for about a year and a half. As soon as it was out of return window it broke.Easy to assemble. Value for money. Comfort. Great design and color.My fiance LOVES it! It's so comfy and can adjust to many angles and heights. It was a great buy and I'm so glad he loves it so much!! Do not buy this chair. The material used for the chair was cheap product. Every time I sit in the chair it sinks down after lifting it up all the wayUpdated to 1 start. My Walmart chair didn't upset me as much as this one does. I've had this chair for about a month now. I don't really like the arm rests as they seem too wobbly and a bit wide but the worst part of this chair is the piston that goes up and down. It is constantly failing and dropping down. The material and workmanship of the seat and back are very nice but they cheaped out on the armrests and piston.
