I have been receiving knockoffs of the Kasorix images provided on the listing, and/or the wrong items sent for orders, and within the order itself as the manual list items that should be with the product.I ordered the Kasorix 9106 on March 14, 2022 after having issues with a previous order I will go into details on later. I received the Kasorix 9291 which wasn't even listed yet. I received the wrong seat plate (D) and steel plate (E). with this particular 9291 model and contacted the seller WB about it asking for them to send the right items with it as shown in the packing list. They refused to acknowledge any difference between what was listed in the instruction manual received with the 9291 and the items I received. The accessories are clearly not correct for the model, otherwise the depiction would match what is shown in the manual, just as all the other attachments match.Looking further into it, I found that I had placed an order for the Kasorix 9106 and what was sent was a Kasorix box marked as 9291 and the instructions are marked as 9291, yet the back brace and base plate are completely different than the model that was sent. The star base with its attachment arms were included with the 9291 shipment as depicted in the instructions. This is completely different than the model 9106 that was depicted on the website with a solid metal base. I ended up using my base from a previous chair on the model 9291. The footrest is also different than what was depicted in the 9106 listing. It was not a thin support piece like the one I received. I ended up needing to take the footrest from my previous chair and placing it on the 9291. The other major difference that exists is the height to the top of the armrests, which is listed incorrectly in the 9106 as 4.7 inches. That is too small to reach so that is why I say it is impossible. The actual measured height on the 9121 was 8.7 inches from the top of the chair to the top of the armrest. This height should be 6.7 to 7.7 inches to be comfortable. The Kasorix listing was just updated as of March 23, 2022, to include model 9291br. This listing is once again different than than 9291 that I received because the base is now a plastic base with different footing than what is depicted in the manual I received. This listing also is incorrect because it mentions rocking back and forth on the tile that shows a 360-degree emblem. The bottom of the chair in the image is clearly missing the rocking pressure adjustment knob, yet the model I received was just the 9291, which was in black. The instructions had the rocking pressure adjustment knob base plate, but I received no rocking pressure adjustment capability. This is the second time I have ordered a chair from WB and received the wrong chair/items. I placed an order on February 24, 2022, for Kasorix model 9121 and received a knockoff version that had black stitching. The upholstery creaked and was hard as a rock. The lumbar support had a dip and deflation to it instead of being curved like the original image. The back brace plate was worn. The seat had silver markings on the finished produce on the right side. The star base was metal instead of being a metal/plastic mix as shown in the image on the listing. When I assembled this 9121 model, I put it on my previous chairs base. This model 9121 was in a box labeled as 9121 and had the instruction manual for 9121.Reviewing the chair itself:The PU leather feels really good to the touch. The diamond stitching's helps to dissipate the heat build up. The padding on the 9291 that I received is much better than the padding on the knockoff 9121 I had previously received. Both the seat and the back are highly supportive. I would say that the lumbar support is just a little bit high and prevents the proper flow support. I am 5' 7" and weight about 160 lbs. The padding has to be worked a little bit by sitting in it for a little while for it to become softer than when it is first received out of the box. You won't feel any of the framing of the chair due to the sufficient padding. The armrests height presents the biggest issue with comfort. As I said earlier, it should be around 6.7 to 7.7 inches in height above the seat. A thicker footrest would definitely be better than the thinner one that accompanies the 9291. Also, having the rocking tension support as depicted in the manual would be far better since it provides no lift support trying to raise the back of the seat up from the being laid back. The final issue is with the star base that the 9291 comes with. The legs needing to be assembled on the base instead of having a solid base actually makes for a bad product that is unreliable. I have had a chair like it in the past and the base was the issue with that chair because they wanted to move. It would have been better for Kasorix to design this chair with a solid one piece nylon base styled similar to how the 9121 was supposed to have been styled. Metal bases rattle. This could be a great product if WB was actually providing the product as depicted.Currently trying to return this chair since it doesn't fit me or my desk. Make sure to get measurements of what a comfortable height for your arms would be and your natural resting height for your knees to heels. I'm sitting in the chair now, and for a taller person, I could see this chair being a dream to sit in. The chair has nice cushions on the seat and back, with adequate cushions on the arms.As others have mentioned, the chair doesn't rock as the descriptions say, but it does recline back like sitting in a dentist's chair. My chair has an issue with creaking every once in a while when I get up from the chair. For reference, I'm about 5'4" and weigh about 155 lbs. I'm not a big person at all, so I'm guessing I might have tightened the screws too far.Assembling the chair wasn't exactly a "nightmare," but it wasn't easy for me. The back of the chair has a plate that you slide into a slot from the undercarriage of the seat (the slot sticks out the back a little). While this is a solid way to construct the chair, it is difficult to line up the screws when gravity wants to push the back of the chair too far down to slide the screws in, so I wound up having to support the back with my knee to get the right angle for the screws. I was warned through the reviews and answers sections about the arms (use the spacer first, then the arm, then the washer, and finally the screws before capping off the arm). The arms are stable and comfortable, aside from being too tall for me to comfortably rest my arms and type or use my mouse. The cushions themselves are very nice - soft yet supportive. With how short I am, leaning all the way back puts my head below the headrest, so I'm lying on the neck area of the chair instead. The footrest is decent, and is comfortable enough for what it does - nothing special there. The reclining feature is relatively smooth, but the locking mechanism has a tiny bit of wiggle to it until it settles in a spot. The seat cushion feels like I could sit in it for hours. All of this is disappointing because I love the design (it's very pleasing to look at, especially with the diamond pattern), but it's just not made for short people. I think this is meant to be a "big and tall" chair, so if you are about 5'8" or taller, this could be comfortable for you. Seriously, my heels don't touch the ground when the chair is at the lowest height.Another thing to consider is that the reclining feature will probably leave you without any lumbar support on your lower back, as the back cushion falls back and away from the seat, leaving a gap.I wanted to love this chair and keep it for years, but it's going to have to go back because it just doesn't fit me or my desk that well. Now, as I'm trying to return it, the seller doesn't seem to work with Amazon to return the chair to a Khol's store drop-off as you would normally imagine. You have to find a postal service of your choice with a printable label instead of just dropping off the chair at a store location. This is quickly turning into a headache, and I'll have more work ahead of me to disassemble the chair tomorrow.Overall this has been a big disappointment, so I'll just leave you with the best piece of advice I have for this chair (or any other): Measure your workspace, measure your natural resting height for your knees and elbows, and consider how inconvenient it might be to return the chair.Good luck in your chair searches! I'm still looking for now...
