I rated this chair a 5…because overall it’s a very comfortable and easy to assemble chair. It functions well. I’m using it in a sit stand desk setup. I purchased it because I sit all day and other chairs aggravated my sciatic. The fabric is very soft. The seat is like a pillow top mattress. It’s comfortable supports my back and sciatic. It’s wide enough and the seat pan is long enough for my torso.The only negative…the piece that connects to the wheel base arrived broken. The box was a bit damaged. But the broken piece did not affect the assembly. The broken piece is really a housing that acts as a holder for the screw. I used the broken part without any issues I just shoved it into the wheel housing for the base and had no issues screwing up the chair base. It will not affect the stability of the chair.The height and back have okay range. I wish the back was a bit higher but it’s functional. The tilt is excellent it was a bit noisy at first but after a few days it stopped making the sound and the wheels have excellent rolling…on carpet and wood floors. I use it on both surfaces.I would buy it again. Hope this review helps.
