I purchased this chair to replace an old, basic, leather office chair I'd had for years that was past its use. All the features of this chair were what led me to choose this one among others - the fully adjustable arm rests, the lumbar adjustment, and the thick amount of support in the seat cushion.What I didn't expect, perhaps without really thinking about it much, was the superior build quality. I've assembled a decent number of office chairs setting up office spaces over the years, this brand has really put some effort into designing a quality product. Also, the assembly was very easy. The instructions were simple, only eight steps, all the parts assembled easily, and it didn't take much time at all before I was enjoying a much-needed upgrade. Even the assembly tool that was provided was above grade.The comfort profile is awesome! With all the flexibility in adjusting, it's easy to find the configuration that works best. The wheels are a nice design that feel much stronger than the standard wheels you see on many office chairs.
