Received this 4 hours ago. Good looking chair. Seems well made for this price point. Easy assembly. Firm but comfortable seat and back. Adjustable arm height and arms are firmly padded vinyl.The description indicates adjustable lumbar support but alas, not really. The blue arrows in the on-line illustration, are over the plastic lumbar support, further suggesting that's where the adjustment is located.The entire back can be moved up and down a bit but the lumbar support is fixed within the back.Spidey senses went up when I unboxed the components and didn't see the typical spring tension knob under the front of the seat. The "tilt" feature applies to the back only (seat remains parallel to the floor) and the spring tension that controls the tilt is very weak, intended only to bring the back, back to an upright position.The back can be adjusted to varying degrees of recline but then must be locked at that angle.If you want to push away from your desk and lean back to survey your progress... not gonna happen.May be a deal breaker for me.
