First of all, delivery was a breeze, as always, thanks to Amazon. I think we should all differentiate between order processing and delivery (Amazon's job) with The actual product quality and specification.I got the package, where some items were loose inside the box. The packaging quality was poor. There was no instruction manual or anything to help me how to assemble this chair. I had experience assembling other chairs, but this one had a different design.Most of the screws are Philips type which requires a very high torque to be fastened. There is only one Allen screw for the back of the chair that has the relative Allen screwdriver with it.That being said, fastening the back Allen screw is a BIG headache. Part of the back pipe enters into the back seat, and there is no way of telling if it is fitted. It took me a long, long time to fasten that Allen screw. In the end, it is still loose.Today is my first day of using this chair. It's a decent size, but not "BIG AND TALL" by a long shot. The material looks normal, and I pray that it works for me at least for one year.There are much better options in the Staples or Costco than this chair and much less than C$429.
