The chair is attractive if this is the look you are going for. Easy to assemble but the instructions are not that great, be prepared to use a little common sense to put the chair together. The fabric material of the chair is very durable but not very soft. It cools quickly but some people might say its a little abrasive. The lumbar support is excellent. I am always skeptical about the back and neck support on chairs but this one is very good. Now the final part is where the chair disappoints me, the seating cushion is not comfortable enough. The description of this chair says the chair has very comfortable cushion but I don't find that to be the case. I wanted a chair that I could sink in just a little bit for the long hours I sit on the chair but this chair does not offer me that. After about 2 hrs I am reminded the cushion on this chair is not great. While I would love to recommend this chair, they got a lot of things right, the design and back support are great, but I still cannot recommend it.I love this chair. It was so easy to set upeasy to set up and the back support is amazingComfortable, easy to assembleGreat chairI would like to say that this review is not 100% complete because I do understand accidents happen, but to be clear I just want to say my so far experience is not at all a good one. I was excited to receive my new office chair and then upon opening the box as I started to pull items out, I noticed there where no wheels which I was actually going to deal with it and rip them off my old office chair but then I realized there was no arms either for a chair that is advertised with a head rest, arms, wheels and very well made. I got half of that in the box and no directions either. This would have been a 5 star review if I could actually use the chair but I cant even complete it. I will give another review if once I receive the replacement, if it has everything as advertised in the picture. If it doesn't then I will get a refund and buy something else worth while and never recommend this brand again.Update: I Received the replacement chair and it has everything as described in the picture. So I would like to state the assembly was simple, the items seem to be of good quality, the headrest is adjustable which I do like, the back support is also adjustable however I wish it had a wider variety of adjustability but you can move pretty much a inch up and a inch down for your lower lumbar support. The arms of the chair can be rotated up or down depending on if you need them or not. The base of the chair seems strong and the wheels are standard size and seem to be good working quality.I must say after assembly and sitting in the chair pretty much 8 hours I was pretty happy with the chair.My only complaint is that I wish the sitting cushion had more cushion to it so if you are looking for something that is squishy or soft then this chair is probably not going to be a good choice. However if you want something stylish with good back support than this product I can definitely recommend.I hope this review helps someone during there purchase.Can take about 15-20 to put together alone. Love it!
