Feels really cheap.The neck cushion really puts a lot of pressure on the back of my neck so much so I get a sore spot on my neck.The lumbar cushion really pushes hard into your lower back.The whole chair wobbles around a lot.For me, it starts to hurt after about 30 to 45 minutes.But, for the price, it is what it is. I can't return it now because It's already put together. But I will probably replace it with the full mesh Staples office chair as soon as I can.As I said it's not bad, but don't expect greatness from it. But everyone is different, so your experience may be better, the same, or worse than mine. I wish I had never purchased it and just went to Staples where I could try out a chair before I purchased it.The chair itself is fairly comfortable. There is absolutely no support in the leg rest. If that’s what you’re buying for, look elsewhere. The assembly was pretty easy, however, it came with no instructions and I had to toggle between two different chairs as there was no instructions for the chair I ordered. Short term, the chair works.easy to assemble, all the parts are really simple. the chair is soft and great for gaming or leaning back and watching some youtube.
