This chair is exactly what I was hoping it would be. It arrived sooner than expected and is perfect. My husband put it together in about 20 minutes. The heat and massage are great features. Very pleased with the purchase!Comfy, works and delivered way earlier than expected.The chair is very comfortable and the heating function is nice in the winter. I really only got it because of the heat function. The vibrating "massage" functions might be nice occasionally, but it is too loud and distracting to feel like someone is shaking the back of your chair really fast all the time. Unfortunately I am only going to give this chair 3 stars because it was missing one of the bolts that hold the arm rest and entire chair together. Had to go to the hardware store and find my own match. Aside from that minor annoyance I would say the chair is sturdy and made from quality materials.The product looks great. After having it only one week, the seat bottom has already gone flat. You can feel the bar underneath. Easy to assemble and it heats up great. May need an additional padded seat.Hard across the legs, my fiance bought this for me because I love gaming and wasn't fond of a cold leather chair I figured get something reviewed and sturdy. I set the chair up I'm a handy man fyi everything seemed to be in order, used it about ten times and the spring came so work took over life. Situations changed and I've had free time to finally use this baby and it has fallen apart! Only a few weeks and the arm rest screws fell out and will not stay in and this thing hurts if you sit for more then 30 minutes I should have really field tested it and returned it sad purchase all aroundIt's a good quality chair works like it should it's got 5 massage modes but it doesn't recline unless you build it to stay reclined which is fine the only thing I'd change is having a setting that makes it have a constant vibrating massage instead of the vibrating wave massage setting ?We use this chair for teaching online and for normal office use. It's comfortable and works well, but the arm rests seem a little low sometimes and are not adjustable. Other than that, we really like it.Got this for my husband, who is a disabled veteran. It helps his pain when he is working at his desk.
