My wife purchased this chair for me as I needed a good office chair. Chair arrived in a box that looked like it had been through a war zone. Chair base was sticking out of the box and of course Amazon just dropped it off without saying a word about the damaged box. I held my breath as I opened the box and it appears as if the chair had been previously returned because there was someone's doctor office receipt in the box and parts were strewn all over the place. Of course I ended up missing one of the bolts need to affix the arm to the chair so I had to go to a hardware store to locate. Luckily they had one that would work and I was able to finish putting the chair together. Overall the chair is of good quality, it is comfortable, and I would purchase again. I just wish amazon would do a better job of recognizing returned items to ensure everything was in order and to also take more accountability when dropping off boxes that are in really bad shape with potentially damaged items in the package.
